Ok I cooked up 4 full racks of St Louis Style Cut Spare Ribs for Father's day and 2 Turkey Breasts. Everything came out great and I couldnt have been happier. After reading the tips and watching the video in the cooking section for preparation for the Spare Ribs. I wondered what you guys do with the meat that you trim off? Do you guys cook it up along with the ribs? Have another way of cooking it, or simply throw it away? Anyway I was just wondering what everyone else did. Thanks Eric...
