SRF Ribeyes

I grilled a couple ribeyes last night on the Genesis II.
I swear I took more pics, but this one is all my phone saved. 🤷‍♀️
These were from Snake River Farms. 1.2 lb and 1.3 lbs.
Just me and Mom this time - we will both have leftovers for days.
The foil pan has a mix of potatoes, carrots, broccoli and onions. Hot dogs are for the dog.

I had planned to smoke a tri-tip today, but it's just too windy! Maybe tomorrow.

Looks great. Love rib eyes. How do you like the SRF stuff?
I like it, and rib eyes are my favorite.
Honestly though, I've bought some locally that I think were just as good.
I suspect my taste is not sophisticated enough to tell the difference. ;)

About a year ago I splurged on some of their American Wagyu Gold grade ribeyes. They were very good.
I'm glad to have tried them, but my gang is just as happy with choice.

The food in your pic looks delicious! And we share your taste buds; we're choice people, too. Good luck on your Tri-tip whenever it happens :)

I've reached that conclusion on most Creekstone meats.

Can't tell a diff from Sam's prime brisket and Creekstone.
