Spontaneous BRITU cook

I had picked up some Hormel cryovaced BB when the local supermkt had them on sale.
Been in the freezer for a couple of months.
I put them in a fridge to thaw, thinking I would cook them last week.
Anyway the weather-from-hades struck, so I kinda forgot about them. Went down to the basement this morning to get the goodies for chili, and lo and behold...there they were.
I decided today was a good day to smoke!
I went with the BRITU method.

Added some Bourbon/Leftover Butt beans and carrot salad.

You just can't beat BRITU.
 
I'm also a fan of the Sam Adams Oktoberfest. Are the Hormel ribs natural or enhanced? I haven't ever bought them.
