Hello all. I currently have a 2007 Spirit E 310, a Kamado Joe Classic and a Weber 22.5 Performer. I prefer the Performer over the 310 for grilling. I want to add something like a Blackstone griddle to the arsenal, but then it occurred to me, the 310 works perfect, will probably last another 15 years, so why buy a Blackstone? So I tried finding a griddle top to replace the grates and turn it into a flat top. Sadly I have been unsuccessful. Have any of you tried this or have been able to do this? I will appreciate any recommendations! Thanks.
