Woke up this morning and spun this single bird. Keep it simple as the plan is to use half tonight for Chicken al King and the other half for empanadas on Tuesday. Just butter and white lighting seasoning.


Cubed up the half of the chicken for tonight's meal after it cooled.

Then turned that chicken into this great meal.

It thickened up a little more while I made and cooked a double batch of homemade biscuits. Family started to show up and we shared a steaming hot biscuit when they come out and I never got any more photos. Served the chicken al king over homemade biscuits at a full table of those I love most, what a great Sunday night. Hope your was equally as good!
