Spinning a bird and Jumbo Joe cart.

Haven't spun a bird on the E320 in at least four years. Safeway had whole chickens for $.87 a pound so we picked up a couple.
Bird came out great, used a new rub my son gave me, pretty good but a little too salty for my tastes.
Sorry no plated pictures Barb and I were out of gas from working in the yard all day, just wanted to get it over with and go relax.
Sides were Barbs quick and easy potato salad and green beans.

Here is a picture of my new Jumbo Joe cart. Not as fancy as some I've built but it will do the job. Nobody had a side burner for sale and the only beater grill with a side burner I could find after looking for four months was in Tucson which is an eight hour round trip from here.
I found a butane camp stove at a yard sale for next to nothing and picked it up as my chimney lighter, should work fine.

I've been tempted to buy that Chicken Sh*t rub - thanks for the heads up on the salt content.

Nice cart set up too. Those little butane stoves are cool. I have my eyes on this carolina cooker burner... The guy on Meat Church uses this on some of his videos, I was shocked to see how cheap it is. It's almost too good to pass up - I haven't bought one yet because I have to overthink it for a few weeks.... Maybe that portable butane burner is a better set up but would it have enough BTUs to boil a good sized pot of water for a "shrimp boil" or something like that?

Their rub names seem a little odd to me, as does the name of the ranch but that's their business, I guess. I've taken a liking to the Good Sh*t rub on some foods including wings, ribs and fries (for times when I want seasoned fries).

I haven't tried this one yet but here's a salt free rub:

I have that one also and really like it. Actually, my son got me the whole set of eight different ones from the same place.
Haven't tried all of them yet, but yes that one we used on the chicken was a complete sodium bomb. But being on a low sodium diet I'm now super sensitive to salt.

This is the one I have. Picked it up for $10.00 with three of the butane cans, couldn't say no to that deal.
