So #4 came home from Penn State for spring break and requested something from my grill for dinner. Sick of cafeteria food. She has maintained a GPA of 4.0 both semesters so she deserves it.
So one of her favorites is my Mex Style Guacamole so I broke out the Molcajete. And the ingredients.
So the Serrano Garlic and some white onion ground to a paste first, then he Avocado added with some Kosher, and lime juice
Finished
So one of our families favorite dishes is the red potatoes cut up, frozen peas, some red onion Kosher and Fresh Ground and granulated garlic powder in a pan and all covered with some of my rendered Duck Fat. In a 350 oven for about an hour.
Tenderloins coming to room temp, seasoned all the way around with Kosher and Fresh Ground
On the Hibachi tonight, some fresh Florida Shrimp done with Creole Season and a little Old Bay
Some Baby Bella's on the CI with garlic, Oregano and S&P and in butter and EVOO
A d@mn fine beer from here in Jersey
Tenderloins on, done on all sides until a 135-140 IT
