I love it! I was and am still a hardcore kettlehead. Picked up my EX6 in like February 2020. Got it for 600.00. Some guy bought it at an auction and had it on offer up. Only had the initial burn in done. Only issues is a fuse went out. Then it wasn’t keeping temp…but Weber sent me the upgraded parts, and no issues since. Ive grilled all kinds of stuff on it. I use mostly Weber comp blend pellets. Couldn’t imagine going without it.
 
That Alabama white sauce is great stuff. I did some chicken hind quarters using it yesterday. It is about the only way I will eat chicken anymore. The good thing about Alabama white sauce is that you can tweak it so many different ways. I like to add lemon juice and a bit of red pepper flakes to mine.
