Spares with a snake (but not the snake method)


 
Congrats to your wife on being that far along towards her goal, I know how difficult that is.
Also congrats to the black snake that it was smart enough not to end up on the kettle alongside those ribs!
 
Great pics of your cook Bob. Your wife is lovely - keep encouraging her! I have a similar rack and like it. When I do BBs I lay three slabs in the spaces and one over the top.

Big Black Snakes are good to have around. I got a 6' footer wandering around the yard and along with my outdoor cats, nary a beast survives.
PS: Nice looking Bride.
oh yeah, food looks good too, but i was distracted by the other pictures.

Agreed as long I don't see the snake. Good cook and the next great rib rack I see will be the first
 
Awsome ribs and sides. Congratulations to your wife. Theres a particular rancher I work with from time to time and he kills any and all snakes he sees. Yet he can't seem to figure out why he has such a rodent problem in his hay fields:rolleyes:
