Spares and Babies Mixed Cook Question

Hi All.. have a last minute question. Headed over to a friends to cook with my WSM 18 for a BBQ and they have asked for 3 racks of spares and 2 of BBs. Would you all suggest I just start at the same time and foil the BBs when they are finished or should I stagger the start a bit since the BBs won't take as long?

I actually don't have a ton of experience cooking BBs, I'm mostly a spare guy so any tips on a mixed cook like this would be appreciated.

I'd just foil and hold the BB instead of trying to time everything to be done together. That's probably the easiest.

I'd do the same. If reheating is necessary it is quick.
