Lots of variety and great meals.
I must be gettin' old - I get a little tired. I start thinkin' about the prep, building the fire(s), I take a couple slugs of rum and my eyelids get heavy. Then there's the cookin' and dishes afterward, and now I'm exhausted. I don't know how you do it Jim :confused: It ALL sure looks good though!!
 
Jim , your posts remind me of that old bugs bunny cartoon when he was announcing the baseball game....WHAM!, a homer!.....WHAM!! Another homer!! ( and the team was in a conga line around the bases)
It's just one right after another with you. These all look terrific .
 
jim your right on about the heat webers work best when air vents are on bottom my weber go anywheregrill is my least favorite due to the air vents on the side cannot keep the heat up in higher mountains
 
my goodness where to start. Well I think the ribs looked the best of all the cooks. And they looked to have been cooked to perfection.
