Spare Ribs

So I posted by first smoke earlier today (Pulled Pork from three weeks ago) and the feedback was great so I'm posting my second cook from Saturday night. I followed the "Spareribs - Sugarless Texas Sprinkle" recipe and they came out better than I could have expected. My only fault was feeding my guests burgers, pork loins, chicken legs, and hot dogs whilst the ribs were smoking, so appetite was a slight issue!







The ribs look a little dry here, but after this was taken I applied Apple Juice (well ok cider!) to moisten them up and they looked good for it.



Just to keep the guests satisfied









The following morning I was asked to make breakfast, so a Full English Breakfast on the Weber One-Touch seemed appropriate!

I make my guest wait for bbq...but usually try to time my cook to finish 1 hour after they are scheduled to arrive. It drives them crazy...lol
 
Who are you trying to kid telling us this is your second smoke. Looks to me like you have been doing this for a long time. Nice Job
