My wife just surprised me with an IPad. Being a little “challenged” with these things, she suggested I look for Apps. Sure enough, Weber has one and it’s pretty cool. This recipe came from the app but when I googled it, I found it of all places in the Q120 manual for Australia! Bottom line is this is a citrus/tarragon marinade with some spices, (ginger, garlic, chili powder, and sherry vinegar), to help the cause. Nancy made some rice and onion rings and added the usual sides from the garden, (with some help from the olives), around the pavers….uh, patio? Once again, simple, (that’s all I do), and easy.
As Always…. Thanks,
My trusty helper wasn't interested tonight for some reason..
Later I discovered why. You should also know we no longer have any cherry tomatoes or blackberries. We have so many pepper plants, it's hard to tell if he's hit them too. Dogs!!!!!!!
Waiting.
Done!!!
Time for dinner. Not the prettiest plate but everyone seemed to like it.
