Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti


 
Nice.

We eat spaghetti squash often.

I usually split the squash in morning before I leave for work and put a rubber band around it.

Dinner is ready around the time I get home.
 
It’s worthy if you are interested in a “healthy” noodle. Tastes just like pasta
We have experimented with roasting times.

Most of the dishes my wife makes require additional cooking time after the “spaghetti” is scooped out of the shell and I like it al dente.

We are big on oven roasted vegetables in general though.

I am going to ask my wife about making spaghetti squash with a nice red sauce and grated cheese - it does sound good.
