Sorry. no food...

Didn't get any cooking in this weekend, but I did solve that pesky "where to keep my WSM safe" problem:

Inside, plenty of room for the 18.5 and accessories. I've got a small shelf on order for the other side to make better use of the space. The JJ will fit on the top of it with storage for all of the other odds & ends. Plus, SWMBO is off my back since I'm finally getting my stuff out of the sunroom.

Nice lil place for you BBQ & WSM. Looks like you can stack four maybe five bags of charcoal, but you'll have to move the BBQ to the shelf

That's pretty damn sweet, but pricey!

Yeah. A person with the tools and more importantly the skills could probably make something like this out of wood that would be sturdier and longer-lasting for a bit less $$, but I'm not that person. Assembly that involves a phillips head screwdriver, a rubber mallet and a special driver that comes with it is much more within my skill set. I've had other Suncast products (a deck box and a hose reel) that held up really well, so fingers crossed this will do the same.

To be honest, I don't have the resources as far as machinery or the larger tools requires to make something like that, so I'm in the same boat. I found one for 169, but its much smaller.

I was originally looking at some that were smaller - too small for the full-assembled WSM - but decided if I was tying up space on the patio, I wanted to use it as efficiently as possible. So, going taller was the best option.

Spec wise, I thought it would fit. leaving .75inch on the side (width) iirc. There is another slightly larger platinum version for 169, might be the better option for me.

Suncast makes a good product. We bought a larger unit about 10 years ago and it's been sitting outdoors ever since and still looks as good as it did when we bought it.
