Soon to be WSM owner from VA

Last year I bought a Smokenator for my kettle, and used it several times with great success. I've decided to upgrade to a 22.5 WSM for more room and better temperature control. I haven't bought the WSM yet, but I already ordered a wifi Stoker to help with overnight smokes or for weekends where I get stuck working. I'll probably get the WSM in the next week or so so I can season it and do a few test cooks before inviting some people over next month.

I can't wait!
