Had some friends over Saturday night...
Rotisseried a chicken and pork leg joint on the OTP (and forgot to take photos)

Meanwhile on the JJ we did some yakitori skewers from Stephane Reynauds 'Barbecue' book

First off some thinly sliced duck breast - marinated in a mix of heinz tomato ketchup, honey, five spice, light soy sauce, dry sherry and hoi sin sauce (just a little of each). They were flash grilled over high heat just for a couple of minutes each side - absolutely delicious



And we also had some prawns - marinated in soy sauce and olive oil



I took the photo too early - they coloured up nice and tasted great

Never skewered duck myself..But Dang that looks good. I bet an Orange marmalade glaze would be great on those aswell.
