Mmmmmmm . . . slow smoked ribs (6 hours) on the Weber kettle with SnS grates and the Slow 'N Sear, homemade fennel and red cabbage slaw, homemade baked beans with shallots and jalapeno, lettuce slab salad with homemade blue cheese dressing and grilled pineapple with white balsamic and fresh tarragon. Vintage Griswold #5 skillet.

Everything looks great. How is grilled pineapple? We have never tried it. I really like the raised 1/2 rack. Where did you find that?
The rack is from SnS grills. I bought their deluxe bundle and I really like everything. You have to try grilled pineapple! The more ripe the better!
 
Looks stellar. Ribs look like perfect texture.
It also looks like 1 serving there would feed me for a couple of days. I wish I could eat like I used to.
Not sure if you did anything to the pineapple but it doesn't appear like you used my favorite trick.
Ground cinnamon sprinkled on, like the same amount you would use if it was sugar on something that needed sugar.
Really brings out the sweetness.
