Some Chuck Eyes please

That's what my family said after the last cook a few weeks back. So could not get more than four nice ones at my shop so they had some
Aussy Lamb Chops on sale so I decided on a combo.

So all suspects rounded up. Some Porta Bellas, EVOO, couple drops of Worcestershire, ground cumin, and some Shallots.
Eye's marinated in Wish Bone Italian Dressing all day with some three little pigs spice powder added to kick it up a notch.
Lamb Chops, with a drop or two of Worcestershire rubbed and then a couple of drops of Grey Poupon rubbed in and then some rosemary kosher and fresh ground peeper on each side.

Everyone getting jiggy on the 30 year old, potatoes on for about 20 minutes before the meat. Potatoes nuked for ten to fifteen first then sliced in half and then the inside sliced deep with the tip of a fork, basted with EVOO and butter with some Five Spice Powder sprinkled on top.

The Genesis kicked in and took care of the CI with the shrooms and shallots.
