Just when I had an ooni on my mind Solo Stove announced a pizza oven . Solo Stove pi.

This should be interesting and expensive. I do love my Solo Stove and it’s certainly a quality piece. I will keep an eye on these.

The thing most people don't realize when making high temperature pizza is the hardest part is making the dough. To get a super crisp crust coupled with air pockets requires using 00 flour coupled with unique techniques as well proper handling of the dough. Anyone can buy ingredients & place them on a store bought Pillsbury crust, it just won't yield the same results. I have been doing this for a long time & I feel like I am still learning.

Interesting. We picked up the “Bonfire” and have used in a few times and really enjoy it. A pizza oven addition would certainly be interesting.
