I've got 100 pounds of Kingsford, and two bags of Royal Oak lump (about 17 pounds each, I think), plus another half-bag of Royal Oak. So, about 140 pounds or so. I wish I had enough meat in stock to need more, but I don't.

I bought a skid full at COSTCO, (36 bags), and then a few weeks later, was at a clearance liquidation centre, and they had the same stuff for $10/bag, so I bought all that they had.
