Smothered Chicken Breast dinner

Yesterday my lovely wife came up with the idea for supper. She suggested smothered chicken breast with bacon and cheese, so of course I obliged her.

Chicken breast seasoned with season salt and garlic powder go on the kettle along with the bacon in the CI.

Can you say bacon

Coming together in the CI

Here it is being pulled off the kettle, cheese continued to melt a little farther and came out perfect. Made for an excellent meal along with the wife's loaded waffle fries and some steamed veggies. No plated pic.
