Smoking Time For Brisket Flat

Could anybody give me an idea of aprox. how long I should allow to smoke a 7lb brisket flat? I was going to follow the midnight cook method.
 
The rule of thumb is a hour and a quarter to one and a half. Keep your pit temps down and think fat side down.
