Smoking in Paradise

Took a trip down to South Louisiana this past weekend to fish in a kayak tourney. It's a rather large one with close to 300 anglers competing. A couple dozen of us are able to get down there early to do some prefishing, drinking, telling stories, and eating. I brought the WSM 22" to do some ribs, but ended up throwing some deer sausage and boudin on it as well. Everything came out great. Sorry no food pics. I was too busy sipping Summer Shandies and socializing to think about it.


 
JPowers, I was at PP13 and I saw your smoker as well. You ever Smoke any Fish? I grill Reds on the half shell every now and then, but have not smoked any fish.

I'll do redfish on the kettle, but not on the smoker. Don't want to risk putting fish flavors into my smoker. I'm Cajun_Caster on BCKFC btw.
