PaulieS TVWBB Member May 30, 2016 #1 Missed the party on Saturday, Smoked a butt on Sunday. After 5 hrs. It rained most of the day and night. After 8 hrs. @ 275-300*F took it off the smoker internal temp was 195*F Wraped it and put it in a cooler for 2hrs. came out like this. Sauce on the side.
