So i decided philly steak sounded good and knowing I have a bunch of venison roasts in the freezer, I decided to smoke them and then slice it up for lunch tomorrow. So i thought I would share the cook with everyone. I know it is on a BGE but at the moment that is what i had out and going. I have smoked venison on my WSM with the the same results, tender, moist, great flavor and just enough smoke to it. I will have to get a picture of the finshed product tomorrow at lunch.
