Smoked turkey/chicken and a pizza

So it was beautiful weather here in Michigan over the weekend and continuing today. I took the day off work yesterday and smoked some all natural chicken breasts and turkey breasts. I smoked them at 250 for 2 hours, foiled clay saucer and a chunk of apple and some Jack Daniels wood chips. Both turned out great but I prefer the turkey over the chicken. Later that night I diced up some of the chicken and made an organic chicken pizza with BBQ infused pizza sauce (pizza sauce with a little franks and BBQ rub mixed in)
