I had a craving for some Ribs over the weekend, so I went to the store and picked up some Loin Back Ribs. I made a basic rub and cooked them at 250 for 2hrs, then foiled for 1.5, then back on the grate for 30 minutes with some SBR. My wife likes them to fall off the bone and they did just that. They were really good and my craving for ribs was satisfied, for now. There is nothing like hot ribs right off the smoker. Here are a few pictures, enjoy.
