Smoked small Bottom Round...pulled for sammies

First a slow smoke about 200* for 7 hours in the mini, it held temp like a champ. It got a tad hotter toward very the end of the cook maybe toward 225.




After the slow smoke it went into the crock pot with some beef stock to finish.




It got some pretty good smoke ring.




Sammies were incredible. This is a must cook again.



 
Stunning! Some thing i might do next weekend. Have some pork on as we speak. Looks freaking awesome bro!
