Smoked Pork Butt tastes like ham?


 
Yep it will say something like "enhanced with this or that" when they add water and salt it also makes the food weigh more too $$$$ ..

You know it, Konrad! Great tip. I usually use half slabs in my 18.5" anyway. I'll either use a six-slot Charcoal Companion rack on top grate or my third grate propped by my bottom rack's three carriage bolts.
