Smoked Pigs Cheeks

I bought some pigs cheeks last week as I'd never seen them before in a supermarket then thought what can I do with them. I found this video on youtube which was just what I was after - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9N4UTZAtfvA

Sorry the photos don't look too great and no pics of them cooking but I can assure you they tasted mighty fine. I just ate them as they were as a bit of a snack - will do them again

Nice! Wish I could find those in a supermarket around here. Cheeks are one of the tastiest and most overlooked cuts on many animals.

Pig's cheeks are gorgeous! I've only ever cooked them braised.
