Smoked Meatloaf

Did you use the recepie that Chris has in the cooking topics?
I did and it was the best meatloaf I ever had.
 
3 lbs ground beef, 3 eggs, 2 packs onion soup mix, cup of plain bread crumbs, some milk, smoke for 2 hours then start checking temp 155/165 your done, rest for half hour add some bbq sauce and you have good eats
 
did a loaf last night, even though it was raining. This is still one of my favorite things the do on the WSM, and it is pretty idiot proof! the smoke adds so much flavor, and the smoke ring makes you glad you smoked it (the loaf)!
