Smoked leftovers

Cleaning out the refrigerator Saturday night before Easter Sunday dinner , I found some leftover corned beef that I smoked last week and a couple leftover salt baked potatoes (inspired by mr lampe).....soooo I chunked em all up and threw them in a cast iron skillet on the stove in a little bacon grease. I wish I could tell you I fired up the smoky joe for this task , but I was going for easy. Still and all , it was pretty tasty. BBQ even tastes good days old!

Man, you gotta LOVE leftovers. Sometimes they're better than the original meat! Your meat 'n' taters look pretty good from here.
