Smoked Green Tomatoes

We haven't had much in the way of summer here in Cincinnati. July was the coldest July in 150 years of recordkeeping.

So I got me a stack of green tomatoes that would never much turn red. I fired up some hickory chunks, and some oak branch I sliced with the Swede saw. I smoked those tomatoes under a Pork Loin. Smokey, juicy, and good.
