Smoked Flank Steak

Tried smoking a flank steak last weekend. Marinated it overnight in an Asian style sauce, and then smoked it for about 50 minutes at 210 degrees. Excellent results.

Pictures next time I promise.
 
Sounds great Greg, a lot of folks will tell you that smoking steaks and such are not as good as direct grilling but I like them fine like you did!

This sounds pretty good. I've seen flank steaks, but never tried one. I got one today, and will give it a shot!
Anyone have any more advice??

Make sure you slice across the grain.
