Smoked dip recipes

I'm inspired by Doug's smoked mushroom dip. Anyone have anymore smoked dips they love. Or appetizers for that matter. Chili peppers, deviled eggs, was even thinking about smoked guacamole. Anything that someone loves from the smoker.

Here's something else you could. In fact, I just finished making a big batch of it this afternoon.

Pick up a cheap spiral sliced ham, smoke it 140, glazing it any way you want the last half our or so (I use a honey, orange marmelade and bourbon connoction) and run the leftovers through a coarse grinder. Then add some mayo, sweet pickle relish, mustard, dried onion, diced celery (for texture and crunch), grated swiss and black pepper to taste.

Makes an excellent cracker dip.

It also makes a great ham salad sandwich.

HTH!
