Trying out chicken this week. So why not do some chicken wings!

Cajun Chicken Wing
Naked (Butter and Black Pepper)

Brined 24 hours with Salt, Apple Vinegar, Water, Garlic, Red Peppers
Smoked @ 235 degrees 1 hour
Smoked @ 300 degrees 30 minutes
Hickory Chips
