I cooked on Sunday, something healthy:
smoke roast chicken breasts.
Marinade:
7fl.oz dry white wine
3fl.oz light soy sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. chilli oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
juice of one lemon
Marinating time: 12-24 hours in a zip-lock (I marinated 24)
1 1/4 hours, 320-350 ° F, indirect, used cherry wood chips
Reduced marinade, seasoned and used the sauce.
Result?
