I cooked these at 325 and it took nearly one hour. If a good burger costs $20, then these would sell for $100

We had leftovers for lunch, reheated in the air fryer, These were some tasty burgers, Wimpy would have paid twice the price

It was never this easy.... Air fryers are great for reheating aren't they...

Those look good. I love a grilled burger patty with a good salad. 'Course, I like croutons, bacon bits, dressing etc on that salad, so probably not as healthy as your burger "sandwich".
