Smoke Day VIII at Mark's

We got Mark all signed up and waiting on approval.
In the mean time I am posting the pictures from our joint Smoke Day.

Mark and his new Weber that we broke in toady.

The 2 beer can chickens.

Smoking away.

Nice and crispy

Turned up the heat to grill a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin.

Plate up. Tenderloin, Beer can leg quarter, boneless skinless chicken tenderloins, cheese tortellini and a corn muffin.

We are bloated like week old road kill.

The plan is for a large corned beef on monday.
