Smoke Day - Day 3 lighter fare...

To say that I pigged out Saturday and and Sunday is, well, I guess spot on.

So a little lighter food for today.

But first a moment for those we hold memories of that have given us the freedoms we have.

Lunch was smoked chicken sausage and grilled red onions. Costco has this on sale for about $11 for three pounds. Hard to beat.



Lit some this and that coal leftovers in the E6.




Onion missed the photo shoot.

Dinner was even lighter, because this morning I was not at all lighter.

Lettuce, tomato, green onion, cucumbers, soft goat cheese, a leftover chicken breast and some Pecorino Romano on top.

Overall a nice smokey weekend.
