DanHoo TVWBB Olympian May 30, 2022 #2 Lunch was smoked chicken sausage and grilled red onions. Costco has this on sale for about $11 for three pounds. Hard to beat. Lit some this and that coal leftovers in the E6. Onion missed the photo shoot.

DanHoo TVWBB Olympian May 30, 2022 #3 Dinner was even lighter, because this morning I was not at all lighter. Lettuce, tomato, green onion, cucumbers, soft goat cheese, a leftover chicken breast and some Pecorino Romano on top. Overall a nice smokey weekend.
