Got a late start on my smoke day as I was at wifes work party. (I didn't want to go but I did for prosperity's sake) I had picked up some turkey legs at the store the day before and decided to give them a try.
I used a recipe out of Smoke and Spice that involed rubbing the meat with worchestersire sauce and oil then coating with a basic salt, pepper, onion, sugar and hot pepper rub.

I used RO lump and apple wood.

Then I made myself a whiskey sour.

Legs took little over an hour.

I also made Tony's refried beans recipe and some gilled squash.

Everything turned out well. The turkey legs are a great inexpensive cook and they are delicious. Thanks for looking.
