Smoke Day 9 at the Pig Pen

My Smoke Day was a little early. I didnt have to work on Thursday and knew I would be working on my BiL's flooring the rest of the weekend.

Earlier in the week I dug a twin packer of butts out of the freezer so they would be thawed by Thursday.

12.97# with a good rub.

My step-son, Matt did the pulling.

Finished pulled pork.

The before and after flooring project at my BiL's place. (Kitchen, dining room and a bedroom.) I took a nice big container of PP along with some homemade sauce.
