After a crazy morning of getting ready for the week I figured it was time to slow the afternoon down with a easy Tri-tip cook!! Started off with a little home made salsa!!

Ok how much CI can we get on a 22? Thinking any one want to trade a nice 26 for a decent spring king fishing trip????

Very nice looking meal Morgan. I like the looks of that salsa and the tri-tip looks bomb. I've never seen that carne asada seasoning around here, but will search it out. Delicious looking meal.

Things looked like they got a little hairy with all the food on the 22. Good job fighting through for big finish. Nice Cook!

Thanks for the nice responses! It was a fun cook although I need some work on my played pictures! Jeff that seasoning comes from a meat plant in Brawley Ca. They have a website but it's pretty much worthless currently! They advertise "world famous carne asada" an it is every bit what they advertise!

Take care !
