I bought the same knife that the BBQ Pit Boys use, off of Ebay. $18 shipped. Works like a charm.

Hrrrm.... take a look at the link in the 2.5 gallon salad spinner thread. Just got a 14" granton slicer (Mercer?) haven't taken it out of the packaging yet, exposed handle feels awfully good, for under $24.
