Started out by marinating some small potatoes with EVOO, Gahlic and Mrs. Dash seasoning and getting them onto a veggie grilling pan.
And made myself a little cocktail while I was at it. There's something deliciously wrong about good bourbon with diet pepsi.
Meanwhile some salmon got seasoned with SnP and some shrimp got some sesame oil and The Salt Lick Dry Rub.
The taters were on for a while, then they got joined by the salmon and a chunk of apple wood.
We decided to build the deck around this Japanese Lilac and I'm glad we did. It blooms a little late because I trim it every year...and it sure blooms pretty.
Here's a view of the yard from the far side. I really need to some up with a better place for that performer before I kill all that new grass I just put in.
The Taters went over the fire to crisp up, then the salmon did too.
My wife made an interesting salad to go with dinner...
