Pretty easy cook on the smokefire.
Smokeboost for a hour then 260 for another hour then 325 and 400 to finish.

I need to get some outside cooks going before it gets hot. Supposed to hit 90* by the end of the week. What happened to spring? Great looking meal, thanks for the inspiration. (y)
