Good afternoon all.
I have a few pounds of some gorgeous sirloins that I am prepping to cook for dinner on Saturday. My plan is to use a homemade Korean BBQ sauce and serve with grilled corn and Asian veggies. I am a newbie to the world of WSM, got mine a few months ago. I've been successful with pork butts, chicken, and ribs, but never tried steaks..Any advice and insight would be appreciated.
