i usually do homemade pizzas but didn't have the time or drive to roll out dough, so we keep it easy for monday night pizza night. i don't have a pizza stone so i used the top grate of the smoker flipped it over and cooked it up. I started at 375f and got the crust nice and crisp then shut off the burners but 1 and finished it off worked pretty good. I think next time i should start a little low temps it crisp up faster then i thought id would.
